“It’s hard to find contractors these days that will do what they say they will do, and then actually do it. Jim Meisenburg from James Albert Marine is one of those, and is a pleasure to work with. I’ve had Jim complete two projects on my 40 foot boat; Raptor Decking in the aft cockpit, swimstep and stairs, and new carpeting in the main cabin and staterooms. His attention to detail, and the quality of work on the first job won him the second job. I can honestly say he exceeded my expectations on both projects. I will continue to have him complete additional projects on my boat.”

“I was fortunate enough to meet Jim shortly before we were planning to put decking down in our ‘97 Cruisers 38 ft Express. We love the boat but frankly the white antiskid was not attractive, and the carpet downstairs made an otherwise lovely interior look like an aging RV. He met with us and gave us a highly accurate estimate that was at least a 1/3 less than we were planning to pay for another brand. His prep work and measurement were meticulous. It really paid on the installation. I was raised by an engineer and love having things as close to perfect as possible, and it came out looking like it was straight from the factory. He suggested adding on the shower/head and swim step which we are so glad we did. The decking is very easy to keep clean with a quick vacuum or some scrubbing if we were out for a few weeks at a time. Shoe marks come up easily when a guest wears the wrong shoes or we track in dirt off the dock. He added some nice touches at very little charge such as Raptor on the fiberglass steps inside and out, which make it much safer to move around when underway or at night. It is very comfortable underfoot and I immediately noticed after our first trip to Roche how much easier it was for me to stand at the helm for several hours. I can even stand barefoot now which is great. I endorse the product fully, but my biggest praise goes to Jim for the design and precise installation.”

“We were very satisfied with the carpet installation in our motor yacht. It was a tough job due to the many angles and stairs. The final product was a work of art thanks to Jim’s expertise.”
